About Shannon Robinson

 Picture
Shannon loves anything to do with music or art, and has looked forward to teaching piano since she began studying music. She graduated last year with Honors and her Associates of Arts degree from Chandler Gilbert Community College in Arizona. Shannon is currently studying at BYUI, working to earn her Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance. Before coming to Rexburg she enjoyed studying piano under Brandon Stewart in Mesa, Arizona, piano teacher, voice instructor, and the director and co-founder of Millennial Choirs and Orchestras (MCO). Shannon was part of the concert choir and loved singing beautiful music with hundreds of participants of all ages. As part of her current studies, she finds great enjoyment in her history, theory, and piano teaching courses as well as collaborating and performing with various instrumentalists. Shannon loves spending time with her 12 nieces and nephews and 2 younger sisters at home in Arizona.  Her greatest desire is to be a wonderful piano teacher, and to someday teacher her own children and raise a very musically-involved family. Shannon is a member of MTNA.
